“We think it’s important for employees to have fun… it drives employee engagement.” –Tony Hsieh

To break the cycle of a regular work routine and cherish the fun moments at workplace by creating a unique experience, Domestic Campaigns of Lahore celebrated the Character Day. The basic theme of the event was to have a get up of a character, which you always wanted to be in your life but somehow you were not able to achieve it. As to why worry if not achieved, one could still have a feel of it for a day.

Everybody was very excited to be a part of this interesting concept. All the preparations started a week before the day of celebration. Special floor decorations took place in accordance with the theme and event. Employees were seen dressed up as various characters such as Pilot, Army officer, Policeman, Doctor, Social worker, etc. The enthusiasm and high participation of the employees marked the success of this celebration.

This event was a brainchild of Sadia Muhammad Khan - CIQ Quality Advisor. She, along with her fellow colleagues, Fatima Tahir – Customer Support Executive & Iqra Ashraf – Customer Support Executive & Irum Waheed- CIQ Quality Advisor, conducted this activity on the floor. There was a competition named “Best dressed Dream Character” for all the Customer Support Executives (CSEs’), in which the CSEs’ who followed the exact/close look of his/her favorite character won the titles of “Fantastic Character”. Customized certificates were awarded to five lucky participants, who were declared the winners for the “Best Dressed Dream Character”.
