Technical Support Specialist - International


Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot customer’s software related issues.
  • Maintain and update a log of all troubleshooting attempted.
  • Requirement analysis, technical documentation and QA.
  • Analytical support, data analysis and MIS based reporting.

Required Qualification

  • Graduation or above

Job Specification:

  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS will be a plus
  • Technical interest/aptitude is required
  • Sales force experience would be a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Strong computer Operating System skills – proficiency in currently available version of Windows
